Our design team can easily modify any house plan.

When you select the Custom Plan option, you are purchasing 1 set of Reproducible Master Plans at the price shown. You will have an initial custom consultation with our design team for the modest charge of $50. Please note that there might be additional customization fees, based upon your design requests identified during your initial design consultation. After placing your order, you will be contacted by the company to discuss your custom design requests.
